TIMELINE
CONTEXT
ForceManager, a CRM company dedicated to innovation, leveraged the launch of the first Apple Watch to provide on-the-go sales reps with timely, contextual information directly on their wrist, minimizing reliance on mobile devices.
Overview
ForceManager is a mobile and web-based sales management software that helps track, analyze, and improve your sales team’s performance. It automatically handles reporting and simplifies information management, allowing you to focus on what matters most—selling.
The Problem
Sales teams are always on the move, hopping between client meetings, but traditional CRM systems aren’t built for this fast-paced, mobile environment. Without easy access to key customer data during meetings, salespeople often miss the chance to log important details, and managers struggle to track progress or adjust strategies in real time. This disconnect creates inefficiencies, slows down follow-ups, and impacts overall sales performance.
The Solution
To address this, we developed a CRM app for the Apple Watch that allows salespeople to log activities, track performance, and record meeting notes using voice commands—all without needing to pull out their phone or laptop. With features like location tracking and the ability to make calls directly from the watch, sales teams can stay organized and efficient while on the go, ensuring that no opportunity is missed.
Features
During the design phase, I followed Apple’s guidelines to create components that fit their standards. I also considered how users interact with the watch, making sure the interface works well on the small screen with properly sized buttons. The results are shown on the next pages.
