TIMELINE
CONTEXT
ForceManager, a CRM company dedicated to innovation, leveraged the launch of the first Apple Watch to provide on-the-go sales reps with timely, contextual information directly on their wrist, minimizing reliance on mobile devices.
Overview
ForceManager is a mobile and web-based sales management software that helps track, analyze, and improve your sales team’s performance. It automatically handles reporting and simplifies information management, allowing you to focus on what matters most—selling.
Problem
What is the problem?Sales teams often struggle to stay on top of customer relationships, track sales progress, and manage the flow of information while on the move. Traditional CRM systems, although helpful, are typically not optimized for real-time, mobile sales activities, making it challenging for salespeople to log data or access information while out in the field.

Why is it a problem? This lack of mobile accessibility and real-time reporting creates inefficiencies, as salespeople may miss key opportunities to record data during client meetings or updates. It also makes it harder for managers to monitor progress and adjust strategies in real-time, ultimately impacting sales performance and decision-making.
Solution
We aim to solve this problem by developing a CRM app for the Apple Watch. The wearable CRM will allow salespeople to record activities via voice commands, log meeting results, and track performance in real time—without needing a phone or laptop. It will also enable calls and location tracking, improving mobility and sales team planning.
Features
During the design phase, I followed Apple’s guidelines to create components that fit their standards. I also considered how users interact with the watch, making sure the interface works well on the small screen with properly sized buttons. The results are shown on the next pages.
